Last night we had a small birthday celebration for Wally. Sabrina made a great carrot cake which we all enjoyed with pumpkin or vanilla ice cream. The kids were running around and have a great time . Bridger was running around enjoying the sound of his shoes on the wood floor and the bigger boys were relying on grandma's soft heart to have any candy and cookies that they wanted. Cooper was cooing and adorable and Makaela was as always keeping an eye on everone for us. She wrote grandpa a sweet card. As usual most of the adults were standing around the island talking. For some reason our family congregates around the island? A perfect evening for us.
